When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her dog, Ziggy.

Lynn brings more than 35 years of experience in the hotel and meetings industry, with a background spanning operations, sales, and marketing across multiple major hotel brands. Since joining ConferenceDirect in 2001, she has helped clients secure strategic hotel and convention center agreements – saving them millions through thoughtful sourcing and strong contract negotiation.

She is known for her steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to doing what’s right for her clients.

Lynn is also a published contributor to numerous industry publications and co-author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide® to Meeting and Event Planning.

Susan brings a well-rounded background in hotel sales, marketing, and operations, giving her clients a clear advantage when navigating sourcing and contracts. Since joining ConferenceDirect in 2009, she has focused on simplifying the hotel booking process and delivering smart, cost-effective solutions that protect her clients’ interests.

She is valued for her responsiveness, strategic thinking, and ability to make complex negotiations feel manageable and straightforward.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time at the beach, experimenting in the kitchen, reading, and staying active.
