- 01Yes! Our services are completely free to you. Hotels pay us a commission after your event actualizes, so there’s no fee or markup to your group.
- 02We partner with any group booking 10 or more rooms per night - from corporate meetings and association conferences to nonprofits, government agencies, universities, healthcare organizations, sports teams, financial firms, incentive programs, and social events (and more!).
- 03To qualify for group concessions, you will need a minimum of 10+ rooms per night. If your group is slightly below this requirement, we encourage you to contact us directly, as we have non-contractual options. This flexibility ensures you can still access competitive group rates without a formal contract.
- 04Yes! Even if your contract is already in place, we’re happy to review it and provide expert feedback at no cost. While we can’t make direct changes, we’ll highlight key terms, risks, and opportunities so you’re better informed and prepared for your next contract negotiation.
- 05Our five-step process keeps it simple: Share your dates, cities, and space needs. We scan the market and request hotel bids. You review a clean apples-to-apples comparison with savings and risks noted. We negotiate final terms and concessions. You sign with confidence - we’ll provide a post-event pickup and savings report.
- 06Yes! We’ll negotiate your meeting space along with your guest rooms to ensure you get the best value and flexibility. From general sessions and breakouts to boardrooms and receptions, we’ll make sure your space fits your needs - and your budget.
- 07We have relationships with all hotel brands - Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Omni, and many more - as well as independent and boutique hotels. If they have hotel rooms, we can source it!
- 08Absolutely! In addition to hotels and meeting space, we can help source and negotiate with trusted partners for AV, transportation, décor, entertainment, offsite venues, and event logistics. Through our affiliation with ConferenceDirect, we have access to a network of over 2,500 preferred vendors - all vetted by ConferenceDirect itself - ensuring quality, reliability, and the best possible pricing for your event.
- 09We can still help! For smaller bookings, overflow rooms, or guests booking outside the block or after the cutoff date, we offer an individual booking platform where attendees can reserve rooms without a contract - perfect for weddings, reunions, or last-minute needs. This platform also provides a pickup report, giving you valuable data you can use when planning and negotiating future meetings. And yes - these services are also free!
